• No cash value: XP is not real money, has no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is not a stored‑value account.
• No property rights: You do not own XP. XP is a limited, revocable feature of the Service.
• App‑only: Any XP balances, rewards, or “fees” apply only within AliveMemes.com features and have no meaning outside the Service.
• Changes & anti‑abuse: We may award, adjust, remove, delay, withhold, cap, or reset XP (and related metrics) to reduce spam, fraud, automation, abuse, or to maintain the integrity and performance of the Service.
• Transfers: If the Service allows XP transfers between visitors, transfers may require recipient acceptance, may expire, and may involve non‑refundable in‑app fees. We may modify or disable transfers at any time.

7. Availability, Changes, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
